Registration Introduction
You need to register yourself with us before you start shopping. It's a simple and easy process where we collect some basic information about you. This will help us to communicate with you regarding your transactions. Registration is also the stepping-stone for a safe shopping experience.
Registration opens up three exclusive sections for you - your own cart page, your wish list and account page. These pages will have your order related information in detail. These sections are protected by a password.

Login Procedure -
- If you are a Registered User, you can login with your Username and Password and proceed to shop.
- If you are a New User - If you are a first time user of Indiainfo Shop, you have to register for a new account with us. Click here to open a new account.
- While signing up with us, you will be requested for a Login ID. The login ID must be a valid email address. Here, you can use any email ID (E.g., sundar@indiainfo.com, mowgli@yahoo.com, monica@hotmail.com) as your Login ID.
- It is mandatory to have a / any Email Account in order to Login / Shop with us.
- If you do not have an Email ID at all, don't worry! We can help you easily create one. Click here to create Email Account.
Trouble signing-in?
You could be facing any of these problems. Do have a look at them and follow the instructions provided. If you're still unable to login or if your problem is not stated below, please let us know.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can retrieve the password yourself. Click on Forgot password? and give your Indiainfo ID (login name).
Once your login name is validated, You can select from "Send by Email" or "Show Password" options. Note that you will get "Send by Email" option only if you have given your alternate email Id during sign up.
If you choose "Send by Email" option, your password will be automatically sent to your alternative mail account. Alternatively, you can choose "Show Password" option and give the password hint/answer that you entered while registration, and your password will be shown to you.

My password doesn't work
Please check the following
- Login ID and password cannot contain spaces.
- Password must be at least six (6) characters long.
- Passwords are case sensitive. Please check if the CAPS LOCK button on your keyboard is on. If yes, Press CAPS LOCK button on your keyboard to disable it.
