What is My Cart?
My Cart is a virtual carry bag! This is very similar to a shopping bag. On the computer, My Cart displays the following:
  1. Quantity / number of items selected for purchase in the shop
  2. Final price of each product (single / multiple)
  3. Total purchase value
2. Modification of My Cart information
You can modify selected products and make changes in:
  1. Number / Quantity of products
  2. You can also add products to your wish list.
How do I update my Order?

You can make the following changes to your current order by clicking on My Cart button:

i. Add/deduct the quantity - To add or deduct the quantity of a particular product, enter the qty. in the box where the 'Quantity' is mentioned, change the quantity and click on 'Update' button.

ii. Delete - To delete, select products in the check box and click delete button.

How can I save my Order for later purchase?
Login to your Account add the products to your cart, check the box corresponding to the Add to Wish List button, click on Add to Wish List Button.

What is a "Wish list"?
Sometimes, you just see so many products on Shop, which appeal to you, but you may want to buy them later. The reasons for not making your purchase at the time of browsing may be multiple, but this is how you can build a wish list:
Wish list is a place where you can save the selected / chosen items. When you have decided to buy the products, all you have to do is to go to your Wish list and add all products to your cart.
Also, you might want to send a gift directly to a friend whose birthday is probably a month later. So, if you come across the perfect product for him/her just add it to your Wish list and log on a week or two before and add it to your Cart directly.

My Account - My account is a customized folder created for you. This is like your personal diary / organizer for shopped products. Whatever you need to do, you can do yourself via Your Account. All information related to your purchase can be found here. This is like a customized account created for you where you can find and check your personal details, your order status, your wish list, and your address book. You can modify your personal details; you can add/ modify/ remove address from your address book under My Account. If you are a new customer and haven't placed an order with us yet, you do not need to register or open an account with us first. You can create an account at the time you place your first order. If you have an account with us, you can log in to My Account by keying in your id password.
To confirm your purchase later - You can buy items from your wish list by selecting the check box of each product & then click on Add to Cart. You can delete the products in the wish list by clicking delete button.

Don't remember my order number. Where do I find it?
  1. Login to My Account & Click on "My Orders", you can view the details of all the orders you've placed with us till date. You can search for your orders according to date.
  2. You can search by order id. by keying in the respective order id in the given field.
How can I track an Order?
Tracking an order provides information about the current status of your order. In order to track the status of your orders, please follow the instructions:
  1. Click on My Account and login
  2. Then click on "My orders" link. Here we have three options: you can search for orders by date, by your order ID and also for the status of your order
  3. Choose "From date" and "To date" from the Calendar to display orders placed in the selected date range
  4. Select options from the dropdown to search for single - day orders, current week/month orders
  5. Key in your order ID and conduct search.
How do I Cancel my order?
Your order can be cancelled only if you intimate us within 24 hours after placing an order.
If you have decided to cancel the order, it is mandatory to quote your Order No. as reference to cancel and also justify reasons for the same. Your order is subject to cancellation only after confirmation from the Customer Support Desk.
